Free Business Software Blueprint

The blueprint is free to generate and does not by itself create a paid subscription. It is a configuration recommendation based on the answers submitted. Recommendations are not a guarantee that every possible feature, integration, or migration requirement is immediately available.

Founding Access price

The current Founding 10 validation offer is $99 as a one-time setup charge plus $39 per month. Checkout is processed through Stripe. Any future change to the public offer does not retroactively change a charge already completed.

What Founding Access includes

The current founding workflow includes organization and blueprint provisioning, installation of the recommended module configuration, starter sample data, automated configuration QA, an exception-review path, and onboarding access. The exact configuration varies with the submitted blueprint.

What Founding Access does not promise

Founding Access does not promise that BusinessBuilt AI will immediately replace every existing CRM, accounting system, field-service platform, integration, or custom workflow. Deep integrations, imports, role systems, and advanced modules may be expanded only when customer evidence justifies them.

Subscription and cancellation

The $39 monthly charge is recurring while the subscription remains active. There is no long-term contract requirement for the founding-validation offer. Customers may use the cancellation/support instructions supplied during onboarding to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not erase payment or business records that must be retained for legitimate operational, security, legal, or payment reasons.

Refunds

Any refund rights or commitments presented during checkout or provided in writing for a specific customer control the applicable refund policy. Otherwise, refund obligations are subject to applicable law. Customers should resolve questions about the founding scope before purchase by reviewing the free blueprint and these terms.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate information, using the service lawfully, protecting access links or credentials supplied to them, and reviewing generated recommendations before relying on them for important business decisions.

Service changes

BusinessBuilt AI is in founding validation. Features, interfaces, workflows, and supported integrations may change as the product is improved. Material changes affecting an active customer should not be used to silently increase that customer's agreed billing without notice and any required consent.

No fabricated guarantees

BusinessBuilt AI does not guarantee revenue growth, savings, business performance, uninterrupted availability, or a specific result from using a recommended configuration. The product is intended to reduce configuration guesswork and provide a structured operating-software starting point.
